kv99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

In these Terms & Conditions, references to any statute or statutory provision include that statute or provision as amended or re-enacted. Headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. Where any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a kv99 account and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a kv99 account if and only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any company, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You do not already hold an existing kv99 account, whether active, suspended, or closed;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the kv99 platform or had an account closed by kv99 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own personal payment methods for all deposits and withdrawals.

Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. kv99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or allow any other person to access your account. You must notify kv99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kv99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Section 3

Age Restriction and Verification

kv99 is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and kv99 takes rigorous steps to prevent minors from accessing its products and services.

kv99 operates a strict minimum age policy. No individual under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, access the kv99 platform, place any bet, play any casino game, or use any other service provided by kv99. This policy is applied without exception and is not subject to parental or guardian consent for any user under the age of 18.

At the point of registration, all users are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above by accepting these Terms & Conditions. This confirmation is a legal declaration. Providing a false confirmation of age constitutes fraud and may be subject to prosecution under applicable laws.

Identity and Age Verification (KYC)

kv99 conducts identity and age verification checks on all accounts. These checks may be carried out at the point of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time during account use at kv99's sole discretion. Users may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid passport (biographical data page);
• Birth registration certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority;
• Any other government-issued identity document accepted by kv99 at its discretion.

Accounts will be restricted from making withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. kv99 reserves the right to void any bets placed or winnings accrued by a user who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 at the time of account registration or use. Any deposits made by a minor may be returned to the payment method from which they were made, net of any promotional funds that may have been awarded.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the kv99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kv99 supports multiple local payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across all regions of Bangladesh.

Accepted Deposit Methods

kv99 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfer: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer restrictions)

The minimum deposit amount at kv99 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the kv99 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect, depending on the sending institution. kv99 does not charge any platform-side deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to all users who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:59 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed within 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into the same account, subject to the following conditions:

• The full KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party payment accounts — only to accounts registered in the name of the kv99 account holder;
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before withdrawing the portion of the Balance derived from those bonus funds;
• kv99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 per transaction.

Anti-Money Laundering

kv99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities through its platform. kv99 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with international best practice. Users must not use the kv99 platform to conduct, facilitate, or attempt to conduct any transaction that kv99 has reasonable grounds to believe may be connected with money laundering or financial crime. kv99 reserves the right to freeze account balances and delay withdrawal processing while AML investigations are conducted, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

kv99 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and time limits that are communicated at the point of offer.

General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all kv99 bonuses and promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Funds, which are separate from real-money Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance;
• Wagering requirements apply only to Bonus Funds, not to deposits or winnings generated from real-money Balance alone;
• kv99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time with or without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of users who have already accepted an active offer;
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person;
• Each user is entitled to claim a welcome bonus offer only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus on more than one occasion constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account Balance without replacement or compensation.

Promotional Abuse

kv99 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to, matched betting using Bonus Funds, hedging strategies that exploit bonus mechanics, and coordinated wagering by groups of users to extract guaranteed bonus value. Where kv99 determines that promotional abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void any affected winnings, remove Bonus Funds, and close the relevant accounts.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

kv99 operates both a sportsbook and a casino. Separate but complementary rules govern each product area. The general rules in this section apply to all kv99 products; product-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the platform.

Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on kv99 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at any subsequently changed odds;
• kv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the platform's live odds feed has experienced a technical error;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published in the kv99 Sportsbook Rules document;
• BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international match bets are subject to the Cricket Betting Rules specifically applicable to each competition format;
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-market, per-event basis and are displayed at the time of bet placement;
• kv99 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games available on the kv99 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Dragon and Tiger, and fish shooting games — are governed by the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's certified RNG or live dealer systems and are not influenced by kv99;
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Balance;
• kv99 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure during a game round, provided that the game provider's server records confirm the round outcome independently;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game round are displayed within each game interface and may vary by title and provider.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with kv99 support within 72 hours of the relevant event or game round settlement. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. kv99 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. All dispute decisions made by kv99 are final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Section 7

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the kv99 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these obligations and to refrain from all forms of prohibited conduct described below.

Your Obligations

As a registered kv99 user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC review, and any customer support interaction;
• Use the kv99 platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account;
• Notify kv99 promptly if you become aware of any security breach, error, or technical malfunction affecting your account or the platform;
• Comply with any and all requests for documentation made by kv99 in connection with KYC, AML, or responsible gaming procedures;
• Gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings where appropriate.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kv99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other users in any casino game, live dealer game, or sports betting market;
• Exploiting any software bug, platform error, or technical vulnerability for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Using the kv99 platform to conduct, facilitate, or attempt any transaction connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Impersonating any other person, kv99 employee, or entity in any communication with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward kv99 staff or other users via any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to disguise your geographic location.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

kv99 may suspend or permanently close any account in the circumstances described below. Users also have the right to close their own account at any time, including through the self-exclusion tools available in the responsible gaming section of the platform.

Closure by kv99

kv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request;
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Detection of the use of automated software or other tools prohibited under Section 7;
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero Balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed, with prior email notification to the registered address;
• Any situation in which kv99 is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction to terminate the account.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your kv99 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements apply to the Balance.

If you wish to stop gambling for a defined or indefinite period, kv99 provides self-exclusion tools accessible directly from your account settings panel. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, whether initiated by you or by kv99, the following consequences apply:

• All Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements are immediately cancelled and forfeited;
• Pending bets that were validly placed before closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules; winnings from settled pending bets will be processed for withdrawal if KYC requirements are met;
• kv99 will retain account records for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy;
• You will be prohibited from registering a new kv99 account if your original account was closed due to a Terms & Conditions breach or self-exclusion.
